This is worse than Digital Homicide. On top of the Imagos suit, she's also fucking with companies that won't hesitate to sue, so she may be facing multiple lawsuits from multiple plaintiffs, which is a situation absolutely fucking nobody wants to be in.

I'm pretty sure Mauer is riding out the wave of infamy at this point. To what end I don't think anyone knows, but you have to be pretty fucking nuts to go through all of this shit and still think your actions are somehow justified.
This might be a bigger, more severe sequel to Digital Homicide, but when you go through these lengths to attempt to hold onto a copyright you are clearly legally not entitled to, I would reckon it's going to blow up - in Mauer's face specifically - much more fantastically.
As they say, someone who chooses to represent themselves in court has a fool for a client.
Looking at US criminal law, just one count of Perjury can have the individual face up to 5 years of jail time. Of course, that's the maximum, but she's doing the shotgun approach of frivolous lawsuits.

I'm surprised nobody else has already brought this up, or is continuing to bring it up; she's clearly not hesitant or all there.
Words cannot describe how I hope this situation never gets to this point but with how she's denied all help and is making things even worse for herself concerning the court case, she may feel like she has no other choice.
