Not exactly the same, but Alan Wake got removed recently because the license to use the music featured in the game expired.

And there was a game called Orion (or maybe it was Orion Prelude?) that was taken down at one point for lifting art assets from a call of duty game

However, if this leads to waves of other people abusing it across many platforms, not just YouTube, then you could see that it eventually getting there. But that would take a while. And it would be pretty much awful for most people until then. And it wouldn't even be 'overturned,' it would just be revised.
