And you Sir, Are the fucker that sits there on the Deck chair Watch as I go face fucking first into it
I sir, Am the Fucker that Fills it back up. ....with faeces
Wow let all jump on the band wagon, damn those evil Americans stopping all people from digging on sandy beaches. Or perhaps like the officer stated it just this beach in a national park and if you did the research( or well just think) you could find that it for a few reasons, disturbing the dune grass and other natural vegetation, nesting or eggs.. Which a temporary change is needed for BP to dig which should been done quickly but now that the stupid part.
In Italy I dig a 1.20 m deep hole at my beach
In Canada I dig a 1.4 m deep hole at my beach Canada wins again
It's just wasted money if no one actually uses the shit. Plus is cleans the beach of it. The government is so picky with their grudges. Plus, what the fuck is this MEDIA pass? So I can't make videos for facebook when I go to the beach? Shit man.
Don't want those tourists digging up those splotches of oily sand and running off with them.
In Canada I dig a 1.4 m deep hole at my beach Canada wins again
Well it's only natural to need shelter in such a cold environment. :v:
I JUST WANNA SEE WHAT'S UNDER THERE. Oil.
Why the fuck do you guys want to dig so bad? The law is to protect the near-shore critters living in the sand, amongst other things. That's why the fish/wildlife guy was pissed. It's only in national parks anyway. I didn't drive to Glacier, Montana and dig a bunch of fuckin' holes in the ground just to exercise my freedom. BP are allowed to dig to fix what they majorly fucked up. Why does it always have to come down to FREEDUMS... MERKA HUH I DIG HOELS WHERE I WANT TO
This is a crackdown! D: :ohdear:

Facepunchers are kind of like conservatives, they'll bitch about shit even if it doesn't affect them, because I'm pretty damn sure most of the people complaining about this don't even go to the fucking beach, making their ranting pointless beyond the initial stupidity.
Imma have to agree with Glenn beck on this one.
I'd love to be a reporter for shit like this JUST so I can act like a smartass and get away with it.

I remember digging a chest deep hole under a boardwalk at my local beach, when the a faculty employee finally found me he nearly flipped shit.
illegal to dig in NATIONAL PARK sand not usa sand you morons
Its a fucking conspiracy BP trying to hide all the oil that is under the sand they don't fucking care if the oil's there they just don't want you to know its there.
Don't listen to those crazy conspiracy theorists, BP would never try to hide oil under the sand from us.
They're afraid if you dig too deep you'll reach china and unleash a billion screaming Commie Chinamen onto our soil to destroy the American way of life and occupy us under the banner of Mao.
i like when he was talking to the police officer you can dig. why not? in the best voice ever
"You can't dig!" "Why not?" "Because we said so!" "Is it because the United States wants to keep that oil for it's self?" "You're under arrest!" I'm sure that's how it would have went if that conversation kept going :ohdear:
Best reporter alive.
glen beck likes to talk about this subject... every day
You'd think they would make an exception for the clean up crews. Last thing you would want is oil underlying every six inches of sand on your national park. And Every time I go to the beach.
Damn that's some bullshit
