Honestly I find the references to old internet memes (mainly keyboard cat) far more cringe-worthy then the few seconds of MLP:FIM where they showed the main six characters wearing football gear. I mean c'mon, if a reference to a TV show with quite an infamous internet fanbase is enough to send you into a frothing rage then you're no better then the rabid bronies you complain about.
