I can't tell for sure but I've heard this show was made for girls but in a way so that their fathers could watch it with them? If that's the case I can understand how some adult can like the show. I'm guessing there are people who just like the show and don't go "BRONY AND PROUD LOOK AT ME" which is stupid, but so is getting enraged so much about a cartoon and people liking it. Also stereotyping is a sign of a weak mind.

Agreed, except with the username part. Usernames and avatars are your own, identifiers. If you want to name yourself after something you really like, whatever it may be. I have a Touhou avatar, and Reimu is a Touhou character :P

Having a pony avatar is very annoying. Everytime I see one I can just hear those annoying voices from that show and it makes me want to commit suicide, but then I drown out the sound with Black Sabbath and I feel much better.
Also, bronies post in threads that specifically say no ponies, and that makes me angry.
