digital games like skullgirls are automatically rated based on the descriptors put in by the publisher, no person at the ESRB ever made that decision; automated ESRB ratings also have a history of being more strict than games that have been manually reviewed
street fighter 5 is rated and reviewed by people at the ESRB, it wouldn't have the rating changed over something so minor as an ass slap
