Same thing happen when I went to China. My class had just gotten done doing finger painting with some school children, and the only restroom open was a boy's room to clean hands. It's because their sense of self preservation has devolved due to all prohibitions (probably wrong word, correct me) and injunctions. People are being treated like little babies and they start acting like it. If you'd take away "no smoking" from a gas station, people would start to smoke there. They base what can and what can't be done based on what's allowed. There is no sign about it, it's allowed, lets do it. Some people just don't have the sense of self preservation anymore.
Why would you set yourself on fire. Why. Also, you blow out the shot before you drink it.

That's what I thought at a first glance as well, but watch it again, there's a fucking explosion under the thing they're moving. It left a huge hole in the ground and there's smoke coming out of it.
