I absolutely love dubstep and all of the million subgenres and whatnot but i'm not really fond of Skrillex (it's something with how he uses the vocals,it sounds a bit odd but I can't put my finger on why). I do like some of his songs though like Devil's Den,Kyoto and Going in for the Kill. I like Zomboy's stuff as well,but what Skrillex did with All is Fair in Love and Brostep is absolutely hilarious.

Not a huge fan of the modern style of dubstep, but Skrillex seems like a really cool dude so I don't mind his success. He's much better than a lot of the other mainstream "EDM" artists.

dubstep is 140 bpm it's actually one of the higher tempo genres, but i agree that it seems pretty slow

nah this sort of thing has never really been my cup of tea, i respect that some people do like that sort of stuff though and there are a few koan sound bits that i would call "good"

but I can't stand electro house producers like Zedd, it's easy money for little talent, the big room edm people make tons of money for producing relatively simple music and standing in front of thousands of people playing their own songs back 2 back off a cdj

Well there is Drum and Bass which is 160-180 BPM and also Breakcore (and probably IDM too) which is 190 BPM or more.

I dig the album (s'pecially "Ease My Mind"), but nothing can really top "First of the Year" for me. Bangarang as an album was pretty shocking though.
