I was expecting them to put a multiplayer mode as a major selling point. That Just Cause 2 MP mod was a big deal for a while.
I would have liked multiplayer. The MP mod is pretty popular.

Until mods allow for truly unlimited C4.
Meh.
Honestly Just Cause 1 was great.
Just Cause 2 got boring in an hour.
This looks like it wont keep me hooked five minutes. I mean blowing up a fuel tank was fun the first time, afterwards it gets boring.
The trailer was just a series of explosions and I got tired of it so much I had to force myself to watch more. It's like an action movie where each scene is almost the same, think anything post 2012 starring Jason Statham as main role. Good for a few minutes, but you already know everything that's gonna be ahead so there is not much point in waiting further.
And it's the same storyline as the two previous games. Just Cause 2 storyline was so bad that you couldn't even ignore it and wreck shit, it was painfully bad. This one is bound to be even worse. They could come up with something new, maybe make two factions and have player take a side.
Looks like a DLC for Just Cause 2. New weapons, upgraded gear, new vehicles, new map.
Disappointed.
Just Cause 2 was by far the most astonishing game on previous Gen consoles, having such a huge map with great graphics and gameplay.

And Just Cause series is amazing because of that, tho. There's not even a halfhearted attempt to be serious and it's awesome

I dont mean it should be serious. But imo JC2 was over the top with unseriousness and repetetiveness.
I always find it silly how small-ass countries in Just Cause can afford such infrastructure and a huge, modern army
Panau had oil at least
this actually looks great but i had to stop the video
i can't listen to this fucking guy
uh by the sound of it they couldnt quite settle on the difference between the mediterranean and the caribbean, that was a bit awkward

the bad guy's army is called the DRM
ahahaha holy shit
Umm, I don't get it. Could someone explain please? :v:
Umm, I don't get it. Could someone explain please? :v:
in a poorly explained nutshell, DRM is an anti-piracy action that rarely does anything against pirates and makes life hell for legit gamers. the "always online" requirement is one of the well known tricks in that box
Oh yeah duh, I don't know why that didn't click for me.
I hope the PC version will have good car controls
Looks incredible, only thing I'm not fond about is the vehicle handling which looks like it got more arcadey and I feel it was just fine in JC2.
I seriously just can't get over that wingsuit, looks so fun. My absolute favorite thing to do in JC1 was skimming really close to cliffs as I fell, they kinda ruined it in JC2 because you can't fall with a forward movement so you'd just smack the cliff.
NO BOLO SANTOSI 7/10 WON'T BUY
JC2 was a game I bought because I had like 20 hours in the demo alone. I had so much fun with that. This looks like it's going to be a fun game.
Sold me at multiple grapple hooks
It was fucking fun just experimenting with it trying to see what kinda crazy shit you could do with the grapple hook, and now we can attach like 4 things to it? Fuck yes

I remember that with the 360 demo you just had to keep hitting start all the time as soon the counter was counting down to zero (there was a time limit on the demo) and so by doing that you would have unlimited time since the timer would break.
I especially love how Avalanche was impressed by the workaround and they said they will not fix the glitch.

I wish more developers took this approach (*cough* Rockstar *cough*)
