All the people in the video have a connection. They all had no friends until My Little Pony. But thats just like any situation. You dont get friends until you communicate with others about the same thing. Well there is other ways to make friends, but if your socially awkward that's the best way I guess.

Honestly, the show isn't bad. It's not that great, but it doesn't deserve the shit people give it. It's pretty adorable and the animation is pretty nice, it's just that it's so dumbed down and childish, all the morals and themes are things like "sharing is caring" and "family is important". Of course this is to be expected, but bronies treat it like it has amazing plot structure and engrossing story design and what not. Sure its a little more complex than normal for a children's TV show, but not by much.

It's been over 2 years since the series exploded in popularity. Why are people still getting mad over it?
