If you're with YouTube instead of a Network you're just gonna get general ads with no target audience, where as most networks are aimed at specific audiences and thus adjust what ads are shown, generally granting you a higher revenue - which is also why it's vital to join a trusted network focused on the content you upload. It's less the fact that he swears a lot that makes it funny, it's the downright odd things he says when he swears that really gets me.

In addition I believe he signed up when he was a much smaller channel, before he would have been accepted into the other bigger and better networks.

So Machinma must really be dying. Not being able to pay your employee's (or in this case contractors) is usually one of the final signs a company is done for
