It's nice that people are doing this for him. I don't think he has a career in voice overs though, since that seems to be the major thing he wants to go into. His voice is just bland, and I can barely watch his videos all the way through.

Cr1tikal is a youtuber who post gameplay and commentary that have a good sense of humor.
He post his vids from time to time when he feels like doing one unlike some who will post it 1 a day / week / month.
He is followed by a big amount of people (over 100k each vid).
For all the money he receive from YouTube, each pennies are given to charity (proof are shown on his facebook / tweeter)
He is also a good guy.

Why doesn't he just make funny videos and do voice acting as a career. He's good at it and he can make money out of it, and the more he makes the more he can donate to charity.

He's gotten a few speaking parts in games, but he won't accept payment since he doesn't consider the quality to be that great.

To be a voice actor you need to have more than a couple voices. I've only heard two from him.

To be a voice actor you have to have a vast technical understanding of voice and all processes involved. You need to understand the mechanics of voice, how your anatomy produces sound and manipulates it into speech, how different dialects are formed in the mouth and throat, etc.
It's good that he doesn't charge anything for his voice acting, but he has some serious knowledge to gain before he makes that his career.
