It's not like they're dying of thirst. They're just excited and find it entertaining to chase the truck of soldiers around. It'd be similar with American kids, or most other nationalities for that matter.

Actually, yes you do. I believe you at least need a GED or High School ed. to enlist, and to get your 'Butter bars' you need a 4 year college to train for an officer.
