No. Ignore the art. Its like medicine. It tastes bad but it provides a good story or something.

Bri's constant masturbation while Lynn seeks to fuck up her body further provides a deep, emotional insight into their characters, providing realism to an unrealistic concept. THIS is what makes the game the citizen Kane of video games.
10/10. A true masterpiece.

It's worth noting that the eyes are completely above the hair, while I know that it's common on the japanese artstyle, they didn't even try to blend the eye with the hair like a outline, making the face look really unsettling for me.

why are they giants?
why are they giants?
~silly science stuff~
Kinda sad that they draw better then I can.
I don't mind that a fetish game is being made, it happens all the time. Its just that Steam is not the place for a game of this type to be on, Deviantart sure, but not Steam. It is pretty outrageous that it even got that much funding, but it's their money, not ours. They can spend it on whatever they want.
Why did they use those weird energy-beam thingies when all they did was drop an all-destroying nuke in the end, anyway?
As Kyle said, they need to damage the world's stability so Exterminatus can obliterate the entire world into pure Chaos.

There are many things wrong with this picture.
The green sign left to the left girl is completely out of perspective from the rest of the background. The bricks below the sign are also way off. Wish I could explain more but I'm pretty bad at perspective.
The left girl's elbow is too high, while the right girl's elbow is too low. They should sit at the same height as the bottom of the ribcage. The left girl's arms are too short too.
The lamps in the background are lit during the daytime.
The clouds look nice at least, not sure what the white streaks are for, though.
I'm going to tell the artist all this. If you spot any other niggles let them know!
why are they giants?
To appeal to the giantess fetishists.
Gradients. Gradients everywhere.
This makes me want to break out my tablet and create my own visual novel.

The girl in the blue shirt's shoulders appear to be parallel to the picture plane, despite other anatomical elements pointing to her torso being on a 3/4 angle.
The lamp attached to the building appears to be on a strange angle because it doesn't align with the perspective.
The perspective appears to just stop after the two buildings.
Lighting is amateurish. Highlights are underused and apparently randomly placed, while the shadows don't seem to depict a common lightsource. For that matter, the lamps in the background don't have shadows at all.
Some variation in line, but use is inconsistent. The thick line on the horizon is really distracting.
The ocean's color is too bright, and the lighter lines used to depict waves are just lazy. The smoothness of the lines combined with placement makes the water appear like a flat surface with lines drawn on.
Clothing wrinkle lines inconsistent. The sleeves are particularly off, although the area next to the left girl's hand is also really wrong looking. Lines almost seem randomly placed, rather than based on the tensile forces acting on the cloth.

I am sure I don't need to explain what value means and how it is a subjective term
True, and it's also important to keep in mind that the level of effort required to complete a task is completely individual.
An example; Two people, A and B, with no prior experience, are tasked to create a calculator using C#, and they get a week to complete said task.
Person A has always been a quick learner, and is great at mathematics and logic in general, largely due to genetics and how he progressed as a child.
Person B on the other hand, is "slower", as to speak, than person A, also this due to his genetics and childhood.
Person A spends the first day looking at examples, and quickly acquires an understanding of how C# works. He then spends the following five days drinking beer and taking it easy in general. Without much problems to speak of, he creates the calculator on the seventh day.
Person B finds C# to be confusing, and more or less cryptic. He spends half the week sweating, trying to understand how he should proceed, and the rest of the week sweating even harder trying to create the calculator.
When judgement finally arrives on the eighth day, it turns out that Person A's calculator is superior in almost every way.
Which person deserves to get paid?
Some people might argue for Person B, but our world wouldn't be able to work like that.
If we now see the creators of this "game" as Person B, given the fact that they can access an almost endless supply of other "things" that hold a higher standard of quality, while also not having any time-limit, it'd be entirely possible for them to spend even more time making sure that their product matches, or even surpasses the quality of said "things".
But seeing as they received 500% of the funding they wanted, I guess they figured that wasn't needed.
Not everyone holds the opinion that "It's "weird" and therefore shouldn't exist", some seem to react to the fact that it's fairly anti-progressive of people to have such low standards.
(Some may argue that when it comes to things like this, what is or what isn't of higher quality is also a subjectivity of it's own, though).

Let me know if you need a writer. I wouldn't get the person who created this mess. It's atrocious.

I seriously can't imagine what those 27k went on. With those money you can actually make a good game. Dating sims aren't that expensive to make. I mean hire an artist or two to make CGs of characters and someone who can write a good storyline. I think none of those things will be in the game. So yeah it's a fetish game and if it going to get accepted this is going to be a disaster, simply because good games aren't given such support.

You can't draw better than them but you don't think you can and then go make games so you're okay.

The left girl's eye goes trough her hair and so do both of the girls' eyebrows.
That brown wooden plank in the background is blocking that green door. If the devs say it isn't, then it looks horribly deformed.
The fox ears look like they're just glued to the hair.
So $25k to fund this, you know it just looks just like those browser games on websites like this:
http://www.funny-games.biz/
Really though, this is so terrible it's like theft, I'm sure none of the kickstarter money went towards the game, if I had paid money to support a deviantart game, which a lot of people spend their whole lives on their website I would feel like I've been taken for a fucking ride.
This is what I feel is a big risk taker with kickstarter, they can just do whatever they want with your money and say their using it to work on a game they promised to make.

Looking at this, seems so familiar, how do we know they didn't just take a really shitty unreleased game they made, asked tons of people to help "fund" something already made then just grabbed this shit out the sewer.

While I'm not a great drawer myself I can at least tell from this picture that rather than actually learning to draw the person just went "I'm gonna draw anime!".
If you ask me you should always try to find a style that suits you best and not just what's hip on deviantart. And of course learn the basics like anatomy, depth and perspectives.

That's the real issue, here. Liking a style is one thing, but they're using it as a crutch because they don't actually know how to draw.

But the thing is that all they have to do to make this artwork at best passable is to make very- VERY minor changes.
That wouldn't make the game's story or weird fetishes any less shit, though.
