Angela Merkel, Magdalena Neuner and Heinrich Himmler are 3 Germans that came to mind the quickest.

Josef Mengele, Heinrich Himmler, and Eva Braun.

Wagner, Einstein, Rommel would be my 3 :v: I'm German (ethnically, but was born in the US) so I guess I could name myself, but it probably wouldn't count.

It's kind of easy to assume Adolf Hitler is German considering he was known very well for being the dictator of Germany throughout World War 2.
