I haven't played the Far Cry series but Vaas should be higher from things I've heard about the game.

I dunno, Bowser is one of those subjective ones as well. It's a classic argument, think about it. Peach has beaten wholesale ass before but she never tries to escape Bowser. Not to mention, Bowser has created dozens of castles and homes and vehicles for his subjects and while he turned most of the Mushroom Kingdom residents into blocks, instead of flat out killing them, mind you, Mario has then gone through and slaughtered them for their coins AND killed all of Bowsers kids repeatedly. I mean, even if you take him in an evil light, all the things he's done even from that standpoint, he's a reasonable accomplished villain.
