That is the exact opposite of what valve stands for.
If you ignore the fact that he's obviously only doing this for attention (e.g. youtube viewcount) and imagine that he's trying to make a real point to do some kind of harm to facepunch, his videos are actually counter-productive.
Why would we care if a video on youtube is badmouthing Facepunch? If it keeps any youtube users away from the forum, then we should be grateful to him. If you don't like the fact that we're all elitist pricks who like to ban people for saying stupid things, then the best idea is for you to boycott us. That would really show us who's boss.
I always thought that the general rule for facepunch is "You don't have to post", if you don't have anything worth saying then don't say it. This guy seems to go by the motto: "If you've got nothing to say, spend several minutes saying it anyway". I'm glad he isn't capable of registering for an account.
