So if I followed the evidence correctly, he wanted to get some TF2 artwork for a D&D game (why?), stumbled upon Facepunch, which was a little full so, instead of just waiting a while and coming back like the message stated, he gets offended at the proposed alternative and feels the need to moan about it on YouTube, saying something about Valve Corporation being horrible because they are apparently smug douchebags and somehow affiliated with a web forum they aren't directly affiliated with. Yeah.

You know, compared to other companies like EA and Activision, Valve is like Jesus Christ to their customers.
Not every corporation is horrible but maybe believing that is a prerequisite for communist beliefs.
