The guns Team Rocket and the store customers had in The Squirtle Squad.

The gun the robber had in the Growlithe episode.

The one from the deleted Safari Zone episode belonging to the Warden shown above.

And the gun the Pokemon Hunter had in the episode A Poached Ego.

There may be more, but yeah, there's a lot of guns in Pokemon. In the anime, anyway.
