KKK evokes a very different reaction than new black panther and ultimately the reaction is the reason for an organization to adopt such a name.

The New Black Panther's actions in the present are just as bad as the KKK's actions in the present. The KKK may have done more fucked up shit in the past, but that isn't relevant to the actions taken now.

at least the new black panthers show that people from any race can be crazy racist assholes
