I do think the idea of Animators showing the creation process for their animation and chatting over it could be a very fun, very valuable idea to monetize. Sort of like Podcasting.
Maybe they're on to something!
Toon grumps is actually a good idea. I'd love to watch snippets of the animation process with commentary. I watch the animation streams for Skullgirls all the time, and something like this could be pretty informative for artists/anyone interested in, and/or looking to get into animation. (Such as myself)
