Problem is that they're doing a show, so constantly stopping and restarting is annoying for the viewers.

At the same time, I totally understand why Danny wants to do it that way- he doesn't want a bunch of wasted episodes where they get nothing done as he trains against an opponent, but rather a few episodes where he fights against a tough boxer and succeeds. I'm a little dissapointed it's set up like this, but I really can't complain when we'll eventually see them get to Title Defense Sandman.

As they said before, doing commentary over gameplay probably makes their job substantially harder.
I believe that Arin is probably a lot better at gaming than he is on GG, he's been doing good recently though.

As someone who has done in-game live commentary before, trying to talk over a game while playing it really does take away from how well you play the game.
True. And I have seen many streamers often apologizing for their silence as they concentrate, especially when they play fighting games.

im glad mark has realized his usual shtick doesn't really work in a multiplayer setting, he was overpowering ross before and now he's found his equal, and is working on improving his back and forth more.

You are 100% correct on that- the other names for the hack are King Brute Mario and Devil King Mario, so the name must be referring to mario himself.

I remember when I animated that scene in sfm before this one came out. People stared saying I was copying him because some of the scenes were the same angle and such, and saying I copied his idea of using inception music in the video in another game grumps animated video I made. Which I also released before this one.
It was a huge coincidence for sure.
