I never watched it so it doesn't affect me here, so far I'm watching it and it's fine so far, enjoying the Navi Drunk voice.
At first I was surprised it wasn't OOT3D, but then I realized they probably would want to stick to the original.

To clarify, I'm not talking about the oot episode that came out today- I'm referring to the oot sequelitis, where I very much disagreed with the opinion stated in it about how shitty OoT is compared to LttP. Said video got a lot of hate, especially on here, but as it turns out it wasn't fully his opinion either as it was just the style of content that played his opinion as such. He made a reddit post about how he regrets the way it turned out and as such I think most people settled down their hate for it. Either way, I hope this playthrough is good for both arin and danny
Hopefully he won't forget to pick up the heart containers this time...

Yeah, I agree with his points (no game should hold the number 1 spot forever), it's just that when he put it in context in the sequelitis all that came out was "Link to the past was better and ocarina was SHIT", which wasn't the best.
The high pitched voices for characters thing is getting little grating; I actually ended up closing the episode before it was finished because I hated the voice they chose for Zelda

And like he said, he still kinda regrets that video for it. But again I'm not putting it hard on him since I'm sure even if he did try to sugarcoat it, fans would still tear that video to shreds. Not just for Zelda, hardcore fans of anything really.

This is a strange series for me to watch because it's one of the few games they've played that I know really really well. It kinda sucks too because to me it feels like they're making progress soooo slowly. I also wish Arin cared a bit more about telling Danny everything before it happens in the game, it softens his initial reaction if he knows whats coming. Honestly I wish it was Danny playing, but the problem with that is if it were Danny playing, we'd still be in the Great Deku tree. -_-
