I get what you mean. Whenever I bend down to pick something up, or lean or reach to grab anything, my joints all crack very loudly. I once bent down in a store to pick something off a low shelf, and my knees cracked so damn loud a lady rushed over to me and asked if I was okay.
That can't be a good sign.
Strange thing to dwell on but when she mentioned Kony 2012 at the end of the video, it hit me how long ago that was now.
