Elite Force, Armada and Bridge Commander where the last good games they were involved in.

I think they were able to copyright claim it because there was minor minor footage of the game at the very end.

Also they've been working on the base game since the end of WaW, and when MW2 came out, and through development they've had most of the game built for them, so it's pretty easy to fix all the issues with MW2's multilayer and make a new campaign.
