It's supposed to be ironic/creepy funny, but chances are it would just confuse people and scare children.
I don't understand the context.
To me the ad comes off as they're both happy because they use Pornhub, at that age sex might kill you.
See to me it is hillarious because it comes from nowhere.
If it were me though I would have the camera pretty obviously behind a PC monitor and the two old folks looking lovingly into each others eyes before it cuts to PornHUB making memories.
I think the ad was an attempt by the ad team from the site to make a commercial that couldn't be shot down by the FCC for being too sexy or revealing for commercial use.
The ad is so bland that the joke was to see if they could make it to the Superbowl with it because of the content of the commercial, not the company producing the commercial.
Looks like the joke didn't work since we are seeing this as a rejected ad.

The commercial is freaking hilarious, you might think it's a health care commercial or for retirement homes but then "Pornhub", completely out of left field!
