When I was a kid I figured I'd die in a fucking long time so I didn't really have to give a shit about it. That's still my train of thought to be fairly honest :v:

The look halfway through is the best
I dunno, it's just that if I ever decide to have a child of my own, the last thing I would ever do if he/she were crying their eyes out, is grab my camera/camcorder, and record the whole thing. [editline]30th July 2014[/editline] and if you're doing for friends and family, why not keep it unlisted and share the link via facebook?
Here's the thing, if you have a child of your own, your entire disposition towards fucking everything about kids WILL change. That doesn't mean you're gunna record your kid crying about mortality but you'll definitely understand why the parents did that.
Too smart for her age. When I was young, I figured I was invincible and going to live forever.
wow fuck you man, i'm gonna live FOREVER
That's some deep shit for a such a young kid
Being a kid who learnt about mortality way to early sucks hard. I still have vivid memories of having repeated panic attacks over dying. Also, being youngest in the family by an entire generation-span, I quickly realised that everyone in my family bar my sisters would likely be dead within 20 years at the very most. Bearing in mind that I started having these thoughts by around age 4. Then, of course, I stopped giving a shit and started watching videos on FP to pass the time.
I remember one night, when I was about 6ish, and it hit me that my parents were older than me, they'd die before me! I was inconsolable the entire night and I slept in their bed.
Learning about your mortality is terrifying for all ages.
"Cry, sister, let the knowledge of your mortality consume you" "Cry"
When I was a kid, my friends and I made some kid have a meltdown because we told him earth was going to burn up from the sun millions of years from now.
