Technical limitations my arse, if other games can do it then so can they.
That doesn't mean every game needs it, nor that all game developers are up to the task of doing it.
NOOOOOOO NOT ORIGIN! I was totally up for getting this game, then I saw the very end. They should totally scrap origin
Doubt you were, you just wanted a reason to act cool and hate Origin. There's nothing wrong with origin so why would anybody ignore a possibly good game for it? You use it to store your games like Steam, login, play...?
NOOOOOOO NOT ORIGIN! I was totally up for getting this game, then I saw the very end. They should totally scrap origin and just put all of the NFS collection on Steam. Right away!
Now I dislike origin, but I don't hate it. You do know you can download the game through origin, and then just add the shortcut to steam and play it through there? Unless it's battlefield 3 it won't open the origin client AFAIK. Just tried it with mercs 2.

"There are better mousetraps that ultimately get built out of this innovation and the only way you get to the innovation is to have other people try and do a better version of what someone has previously done. And that’s what we’re attempting to do on Origin. '' I'll leave that quote here.
