I don't even fucking understand why people defended the reviewer. Like. He couldn't even fucking read, Cuphead's tutorial has everything WRITTEN ON SCREEN WHAT TO DO 100% OF THE TIME.
Like, I get that you don't have to be the best at games for you to be a journalist, and I completely agree that you shouldn't be so harsh on people, but in this one case, this one example that people chose to be obtusely decisive on... this was the one? The one where they journalist might as well have been actually [I]too terrible[/I] at games?

honestly I think it's not nearly as big a deal as you guys are throwing it out to be. My impression from their channel is that they're doing it to have fun. If they have fun, who cares? It's 20 minutes, don't watch it and wait till tomorrow.

My problem with the journalist has almost nothing to do with his video game skills. It's his complete lack of reading comprehension- like you said, it was written [i]right there, on screen,[/i] what to do. It's a basic life skill, and not having it ought to make it difficult for you to function in civilized society, let alone as a journalist or a gamer. It's troubling and borderline insulting that a person who is paid money to work in the media could even fumble with such a basic skill as 'following written instructions by pressing labeled buttons on a keyboard'.
It's like if he failed to figure out how to put a square peg in a square hole and people began discussing his integrity as a geometric mathematician.
The more I see of Twinsanity the more confused I get, there are some things in this game that are like, massive, massive bugs that I'm actually kinda baffled made it to cert. Like, why the fuck can Cortex touching stuff kill you instantly?
