There's always Crash, or you can watch the older Dark Souls lp that was just Chris. It's pretty good!
Mario Odyssey is gradually becoming my favorite from them.
It's that winning combination of funny bits, legitimately thoughtful conversation on game design, and the massive endorphin rush that comes with seeing a channel like this actually bother to finish one of the games they start up.

The Polar Express one from the Christmas series is a pretty good one.
You get to hear Ding Dong laugh pretty hard.

Wish they'd have Matt on more new episodes.
The ones that he's in have an incredible amount of energy and a great flow to them joke-wise.

I feel like there's a good chance they'll revisit this one, ala Mario 64 and GTA, just because 1) they seem to be really having fun with it and B) the post-game is HUGE.
