Weirdly heartwarming to see /v/ have a majority positive response to a YouTube personality. It's probly due to a bunch of things but the way everyone responds, it might as well be just because he's gay and has a nice laugh

Early morning /v/ was always the best time to have discussion. Most of the shitposters are asleep by then.
There's a few e-celebs who seem universally well-liked on 4chan, specifically James Rolfe and the OneyPlays gang. A lot of it comes from being genuine; if you shit-talk AVGN on /v/ you'll either get dogpiled or coldly ignored until you leave the thread.
