Yes, but it hurts like hell at the same time.
oh my god right at the end EUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHJ

Funfact: Cramps are usually happening because you have a shortage of magnesium in your body.
Also I had fun with cramp once while I was swimming far out in the sea in spain, let me tell you a human is not designed to swim with 2 hands, 1 leg and in writhing pain and constant agony of almost drowning.
I once had one while driving and that was the most frightening cramp I've had :v:
I hope i'll never experience that while driving.
I get those sometimes, and it fucking sucks.
That happens to me in the mornings if I wake up too early (around 5:30). I also get them in my leg around that time too.
It happened once in class and I didn't have it before, so I freaked out and went to the school nurse.
Sometimes my neck and jaw cramps, I have to actually push it all back into place to get out of it.
Fuck that.
I think I may have a slight mineral deficiency, I used to get leg cramps often when swimming and now (although less common) when climbing. And like a person above said, I also can sometimes get a jaw cramp from a really intense yawn.
I don't stretch very often either so that may have to do with it. Eating a lot of bananas helps to prevent cramps apparently.
I get leg cramps after a really long sleep, more often on weekends
Walking stops it nearly all of the time, too bad I always fucking forget to try walking whenever I do cramp up
