Umm, no, the dog walked to the deer. The small deer laid to the ground because of it. The dog turned around when the deer came to kick it's ass, but it was too late.
You can tell the dog got pretty fucked up because the dumb bitch was too lazy to run over there and do anything, so she probably doesn't even walk the dog; hence why it's not on a leash, and is probably unfit because it couldn't even fight back properly.

I can't be certain, but I think it walked in their direction at first. The small one dropped on ground, which it does when a danger is nearby. It didn't react in this way to the cat, so a new threat had to come close.

Yeah, sorry, but person with baseball bat beats deer. A swing from it breaks the legs or ribs of the deer, a kick from the deer does not do that to a person.
The only thing at fault in this video was the dog owner for not taking the dog inside/away from the deer, all animals will go after dogs to protect their young (cows, horses, etc).
