So, Link doesn't have his trademark outfit this time around? That's kind of strange.

Climbing on large enemies and bosses Dragon's Dogma style has been confirmed in the demo.

I dont know why people accept this from nintendo. Why is wolf link even alive/there he's literally the link from twilight princess.

It's not like it's mandatory, or important.
I'm happy they found a way to make traversing the world fun
Because it's just a little bonus feature for people who like to collect Amiibo? It's not like it's mandatory, or important.
If EA did the exact same thing people wouldn't be saying this
This must take place after ALBW, because that scene at 2:54 is from ALTTP
From what I've seen, it probably takes place in the Adult Timeline due to the following. The Temple of Time from Skyward Sword and Ocarina of Time returns. Koroks from Wind Waker Return. A lot of vibes from Wind Waker's Temple "Tower of the Gods" return (at least to me) Tho we do see the Eldin Bridge (I'm assuming, as it is above water like in TP) in game too. [editline]14th June 2016[/editline]
If EA did the exact same thing people wouldn't be saying this
I'm pretty sure we would, cause if it just unlocked some bonuses for a day, then it would be fine.
Zelda looks pretty cute in this one! I really like the ponytail physics!
I hope there's more stuff to do than what you can see in the trailer, it looks super empty.

Maybe its ANOTHER sequel to Link to the Past. I don't know.
Maybe its a sequel to the Orignal Legend of Zelda. Hyrule definitely was in ruins then
It could be set before Wind Waker when Ganon fucked everything up, or it could be set after Wind Waker and Hyrule was Unflooded.
Any word on a release date?
I believe March 2017. The same date as the NX Launch.
March 2017, same with the NX. I hope there's a Special NX Zelda Edition.
[vid]https://a.pomf.cat/qlookh.webm[/vid] :ok:
Oh Bill, you're fired.
Looks amazing and glad to said the game is kind of empty now because they don't want to spoil any story.
Reminds me of Shadow of the Colossus
Should remind of you of Dragon's Dogma and Monster Hunter cause that's pretty much what it is along with Frostfall from Skyrim.
Should remind of you of Dragon's Dogma and Monster Hunter cause that's pretty much what it is along with Frostfall from Skyrim.
The trailer for Shadow of Colossus also starts with a "kid" riding a horse crossing and old stone bridge. A very memorable scene and game, no wonder people will visually compare the two, even though gameplay is different.
[vid]https://a.pomf.cat/qlookh.webm[/vid] :ok:
I love fire
Should remind of you of Dragon's Dogma and Monster Hunter cause that's pretty much what it is along with Frostfall from Skyrim.
Monster Hunter isn't open world.
Monster Hunter isn't open world.
He means stylistic factors and gameplay elements too, not just open world.
Man, I don't know why but I'm really looking forward to this one, and I haven't really been into Zelda or Nintendo games in general for a while.
Because it's just a little bonus feature for people who like to collect Amiibo? It's not like it's mandatory, or important.
Having to buy limited-production real world merchandise for it is kinda strange, unless they have other companions you can get throughout the game. A travel companion seems like such a cool mechanic for Breath of the Wild, that it'd be a shame if Wolf Link is the only companion you get and is locked to an Amiibo.

I haven't really been following since I don't have any Nintendo consoles. Also from what I understand a new physical copy of Twilight Princess HD comes with the wolf Link Amiibo so it's more of a reward for buying that game if anything.

Wolf Link is only a companion until he dies, when he dies you have to wait a real life day to get him back.
