They already have that type of scope for the futuristic ACOG, I don't know why they haven't done that for the proper scopes yet.
24Gb of Vram. Jesus fucking christ.
I hope they work on the scope... Red Orchestra 2 got it right, IMO. Red Orchestra 2
Yeah....what people don't know is that for a zoom feature like that, they'd need to render the same thing twice. One for outside of the scop, one for inside the scope. So in reality, it'll make it seem like your computer is running two of the same map, just with different perspectives. If you were to put that in ARMA 3, the local transformers needed to power that would probably commit suicide. [editline]20th November 2013[/editline]
Battlefiled 4 Looks much better
Of course it looks better, Battlefield 4's maps are a fraction of the size of ARMA 3 maps. If ARMA 3 looked like Battlefield 4, it'd have better optimization, run smoother, and then it just wouldn't be an ARMA game if it didn't run like shit.
24Gb of Vram. Jesus fucking christ.
6GB VRAM. VRAM is mirrored between GPUs.
6GB VRAM. VRAM is mirrored between GPUs.
Oh, well today I learned something new.
At the resolutions they're playing at, titans will probably perform better, due to the extra VRAM
Not really, 1440p doesn't need 6 gigs of vRam. For 1440p your pretty much only limited by card a card with <3 gigs.
Map size is unrelated to graphical detail, you will always have to use LOD models and hide them at a distance. By that logic, games like Just Cause 2 would look like doom
