I'm not even talking about specifics, I'm talking about the basest of distinctions such as "those don't look like the ones America uses."
Even if you didn't know an apple was called an apple or an orange was called an orange you'd still be like "those aren't the same". I didn't know that was a C9 until I looked it up but I was able to tell that it was not an American weapon.

It would be extremely hard to sneak without getting noticed.
This is the first time I watched a real video of soldiers in action up close, and I say ArmA 2 did a good job of making the sounds realistic.

To those complaining that he was blind firing, sometimes he was (as suppressive fire), other times he was aiming down the sights but the camera couldn't really portray that.
