That was pretty intense... I liked how the MG said "Heh!" right as they started shooting.
By using their eyes and simple deduction.
You know what I'm not even going to bother with this anymore. [editline]25th November 2010[/editline]
That's not what variation means.
Variaton: a : the act or process of varying : the state or fact of being varied b : an instance of varying Vary: a : to make a partial change in : make different in some attribute or characteristic Sorry I wasn't aware that when something's different it's also the same. My bad.

It's a variation in the gun, it doesn't change the gun to a point where "IT'S A DIFFERENT GUN" just a slight upgrade or modification of it.
Its real sad when all these soldiers who are there plays call of duty, and only to get scolded by 12 year old fags sitting in front of their tv screens, in their nice, warm houses.

A C9 is pretty different from a M249 as well. Calling the PS3 the same as a PS2 because it's an upgraded version of it is silly.
I take back everything I've said about Canada.

For some reason, the gunfire noise was so badass.
A C7 is still considered a variation of the m16 whether you like it or not.
But if it's a variation it's not the same gun.
That's not what variation means.
var·i·a·tion: A change or difference in condition, amount, or level, typically with certain limits
The bit where he caught what was thrown to him was awesome somehow.
The bit where he caught what was thrown to him was awesome somehow.
What did they throw to him anyway? (and I agree it was somewhat awesome)
A C7 is still considered a variation of the m16 whether you like it or not.
Look into the design of the c7 and tell me it's the same gun.
What did they throw to him anyway? (and I agree it was somewhat awesome)
It looked like a box for the C9.
That's scary as hell. You can see a few bullets flying overhead if you pay attention. and bullets fly fast and the camera obviously doesn't record that many frames per second. Each one can kill someone, Jesus.
I saw what could have been a single tracer, but knowing the Taliban they don't have access to tracers.
What the hell was that a Rocket that was flying above them in the first few seconds of the ambush?
I would be so nervous reloading that thing. Takes so long.
What the hell was that a Rocket that was flying above them in the first few seconds of the ambush?
Damn it I was just about to ask if anyone else saw it! :arghfist::frown:
What the hell was that a Rocket that was flying above them in the first few seconds of the ambush?
it was a grenade
Now I want to join the army even more! Is there anything like this with other armies, say Germans? That was fucking intense. I mean, join the army, film a few shootings, cut them together, and you have the most intense action movie ever!
What the hell was that a Rocket that was flying above them in the first few seconds of the ambush?
I thought he said it was an RPG? 2 separate times he's like WHOA it went right over my head!
Apacheclips is better, and more military stuff.
Looked at it for 2 seconds, found a video that was censored...yep back to liveleak.
http://www.tachyoninc.com/xchd_2011.php HD helmet cam made by Tachyon. You can mount an HD camera up there you know :smug: And that video is fucking intense! you can see the RPG go right over that guy's head...
You'd think a small portable HD camera would cost more. At least I would.
I thought war was a "shoot at that guy moving over there" thing now it seems it is actually more of "stay down and shoot at every direction possible" which sounds much scarier.
I thought war was a "shoot at that guy moving over there" thing now it seems it is actually more of "stay down and shoot at every direction possible" which sounds much scarier.
Uhh, would you be standing there like normal trying to shoot the people who are also trying to shoot you?
You just have to admire the bravery of those men. I'd shit my pants and stay in the ditch if I was him. Those guys really have some balls. Love how he catched the magazine at about 4:30 :v: [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] Oh and he also throws a smoke grenade for the chopper! How cool is that
I thought war was a "shoot at that guy moving over there" thing now it seems it is actually more of "stay down and shoot at every direction possible" which sounds much scarier.
They weren't shooting at every direction possible, they were shooting the area where they were getting shot from. You even hear later in the vid "LEFT FLANK"
Anyone know what LMG he was using? [editline]26th November 2010[/editline] Is it just me or was it tensest when there was silence at 3:30
I think pages 2 - 4 are basically just people arguing about what LMG it is.
Damn... I always imagined battles to be at much greater distances, and to be not as disorientating although I guess I've never seen one before. It looked crazy, shots going off everywhere, then an RPG hits somewhere in the distance...

Games just do that because then it would take 10 minutes to kill 3 guys.
I wish i was there. I could have provided first aid, I am a doctor you know.
