In general Haydee's (is that the actual name of the robot? I'm guessing it is) design is more form over function and without knowing any backstory I have no idea what she was made to do aside from bouncin' boobies and solve puzzles.
idk but I always prefer fictional AIs to look like they were made to do something. Hey you could still make it look human, say it was originally made to to be a maid servant or butler or sex bot or whatever and it would make more sense then just tiddies on a bot.

I think there's a significant disconnect here between what you expect from the design and what the design was meant to accomplish
