Last time I checked he was coming up with an entire universe and the game is a result of that. I don't know how much it's developed since Vinny's stream of it though.

Looks like he took down a lot of his old videos and made his channel solely about his game which is a shame, he made a decent animation featuring the weird looking lady but I can't find it, he also took down anything about scoutellite but there's tons of reuploads.
