If I was there I would help that black dude and get those guys off of him. There's no reason to attack the guy like that even if he still had another candy bar on him.

In virginia (US) at least, the employees don't do anything except give a person they suspect/saw stealing a super evil stare. Like because if they try to confront them about it and they don't have anything, the employee/store could be sued for big bucks. Or they pull the racism card and EVERYONE (except the card holder) loses at that point. In my state at least.

So it seems to me that the only employees that were actually working at the time where too busy with this guy and the snicker's bar, kind of stupid to let the store all alone to robbed while trying to get a damn candy bar. Maybe it was the last one on the shelf. Hmm...
