Man this is awesome...
I have to wonder if, someday, Disney DOES go "yeah, those prequels as they are don't reflect well on the original movies," and releases a rebooted prequel trilogy.
I know it's kinda hard to say "see, this shit? That never happened. THIS is the real deal." I mean, even the XMen franchise is invoking a movie about time travel and shit to undo what XMen 3 and Origins: Wolverine did to it, but you have to wonder if anyone would even really complain.
Obviously you'd be blowing the everlasting shit out of the extended-universe canon, damn near all of the games like KOTOR that predicate themselves on the prequels, but who honestly cares about that?
Well it's not like you'd have to scrap everything. For instance, Coruscant. Coruscant is cool as fuck. It's a whole city planet holy shit. Most of the things in KOTOR and the like could easily remain in tact.

also I've now seen him and Plinkett claim Yoda with a lightsaber completely goes against his character but I really don't get that? Even in Yoda and Dooku's fight, using the force was way more important than the lightsaber. That was probably the most memorable scene in the whole trilogy. I remember the theater freaking the fuck out when Yoda pulled out a lightsaber. I think the dude can have one fight if it's framed right.
Thinking back on that, having Yoda just swiftly dodge every lightsaber blow and rely on the Force only would be as cool, if not cooler than him using a lightsaber. It would make him even more powerful.
am i the only one who enjoys the prequels, my god you guys are some whiny pricks over a fucking movie.
The show's a lot better than the prequels, and it gave us a pretty good explanation for a lot of the shit that happened.
wait what
the clone wars show was good?
i never watched it because i thought it was prequel shit like the rest.
the only good thing that came out of the prequels to me was that clone wars cartoon the samurai jack people made, but if the CN show is good too i wouldn't mind watching it.

After thinking a bit more about his versions of Ep1 and Ep2 I think maybe Obi-wan shouldn't be the main protagonist. I think the prequels should remain about Anakin's fall to the Dark Side but with bigger focus on his friendship with his Master, good man turning evil and giving Anakin more dignity. To this day I can't believe Lucas' Anakin could become such a badass that is Vader.

Not too hard considering that's exactly what happened to the original trilogy
Yoda's thing in V was "Wars not make one great". Fighting was never his style, there was more force power in that green dude's toe than there are in most force master's entire bodies.
Cmon guys, were all young, there may very well be a chance that we see the prequels remade with a retcon story as good as what this guy suggested c:
I must be the only person in the world who liked The Phantom Menace and saw it as a perfectly good addition to the saga. What this guy said is good and all, but I still prefer the original.
[sp]It's my opinion, Please don't kill me[/sp]
I absolutely must see the third!
Man, his vision of episode 2 looks amazing!
His Episode 2 was fantastic. I really wish someone would just go "this is great" and do it.

I loved it when I was like... 12. Wasn't until a few years ago when I saw it a second time and finally understood why everybody hated it.
Only thing I didn't like about his Episode II was not enough Jango Fett.
I have a huge man boner for the Fetts, especially Jango.
Jango Fett just makes everything about Boba not cool.

What the fuck did you just say you little bitch
Jango Fett killed took on five Jedi all at the same time, who were armed with their lightsabers and the force, bare handed and won. That was when he was a young and up and coming warrior. He then went on to train himself to kill Jedi even better, and became the greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy. He was hand picked by the Emporer and Dooku to be the original clone for the army because of how much of a metal motherfucker he was. He was, and still is, the best non-lightsaber user at killing Jedi. Boba, while badass, is a fucking pussy compared to Jango. He wishes he could be as cool as his dad.
Boba ain't shit.

Wow using a thermal detonator and flying out of a sarlaac is more badass than taking on Jedi bare-handed
Wait no it isn't
It's wasn't even hard for Boba to do, that's not even close to the most badass thing he's done
I watched this half way through and then I realized I had no clue what the fuck he was talking about. I've never seen any of the Star Wars movies.
I think it would have been better if Darth Maul killed Qi-gon and continued to be a villian throughout the prequels. I also thought that it would have been better if Anakin and Obi-won were both the same age and good friends but something lead Anakin to the Dark Side and that tore apart their friend ship. I pretty much just said what he said so my bad I completely agree with him.

Do it. Seriously, get them by any means right now and watch all 6. (First 4-6, then 1-3)
The prequels may not be as good as the originals but they are still all amazing movies.
Everytime I think of something to write on this I remember he already covered that point. Awesome videos.

[sp]Skip the prequels. They only muddle and demean the fun of the actual star wars movies.[/sp]

Everytime people talk about the Star Wars movie I realize I have next to no memory of them and what happens in them. I'm not even sure if I saw the movies when I was young or if I didn't see them at all and I just know bits and pieces of them because of the internet.
I honestly don't really mind episode one at all. lot of peeps be tellin' me that shit's gay-cus of that midochlorian shit or somethin.
the problem with episode 1 is it literally serves no purpose. it is a useless movie. with the only highlight, a very big and awesome highlight at that, is maul

I was the same way with Pulp Fiction. Then I finally watched it and it was still as incredible as everyone said it was.
