We got more info from the stream.
TK don’t use gold to buy or upkeep units. Building unit recruitment buildings increase your unit cap for a specific unit type. You can field as many units for free as your unit cap provides.
Khalida will be in her home city of Lybaris in ME campaign
Arkhan the Black has a unique building chain that allows him to recruit Vampire Count units from the campaign map. They discuss Arkhan using fell bats in battle at some point in the stream. Arkhan also starts with one of the books of Nagash so it is presumed if you aren’t playing him you have to kill him to get it. Confirmed by a CA employee on another thread that Arkhan will be able to recruit a few specific grunt VC and 1 elite VC unit
Legions of Legend described as “over the top, outrageous RoR” describes a large Carrion LoL that can drop bombs. You craft them with trade resources and Canopic Jars. 6 Dynasty’s total
Dynasty’s. Additional armies require you to research a dynasty, craft a army slot at the Mortuary or through books of Nagash. Each dynasty you research slows your research rate. Each dynasty TK Lord has unique flavor and skill trees
Tomb Kings will have RoR from the start! These are separate from Legions of Legend! All races will be updated to not get the first RoR until they have a level 10 lord in the future. Other RoR will also get pushed to higher level requirements.
TK have a unique stance called “sand veil” that replenishes Troops and gives them the “sand veil” ability in battle which allows them to hide units.
That sounds amazing. I am slowly being convinced to actually pre-order.
I'm still baffled they didn't call it Total: Warhammer
All kinds of legal reasons, I think the short version was that the Total: Warhammer would not fall under the Total War IP/trademark and this would come with a whole lot of legal complications and costs.
This explains it pretty well
Also they confirmed that Settra will never, ever be willing to confederate, even if he's down to 1 tomb and no armies.

Does that mean it's still technically an option but he'll never accept it or is confederating just not evena diplomatic option?

It'd be pretty cool if they made confederation an option, but the second you offer it he responds with "Settra does not serve...Settra RULES" and then he declares war.
Sale on Warhammer 2 when ;___;
I need a new PC so I can play this on Ultra Settings with the Gore DLC enabled. It's so awesome.
Shit I love Warhammer. There need to be more games about Warhammer, be it Fantasy or 40K.
A wasted IP, save for Total War: Warhammer and DoW 1 + all expansions.

Oh and the Space Marines game, that was also pretty nice.
