I don't know how old you are but, damn, you're stupid. If you read it and understood what was said within the text you'd see that the Muslim religion is destined to play an extremely large part of your life. Fool.
Eh, the way I see it, all religions are what is wrong with the world. :v:
What blows my mind about the people against the community center formerly known as the Cordoba House is that the best thing we were able to learn from the death of over 3000 innocent lives is that intolerance and stereotyping is still morally acceptable, despite the fact that that it's the same reason why 9/11 occurred.

Present your point of view in a way that doesn't sound like fear-mongering please.
It's not a point of view it's a fact, as factual as it would be to say that an integral facet of Nazism was to eradicate the Jewish faith, this fact is established well in the Qu'ran. Fear is necessary as many of you don't have it. The religion you're all acting to keep prominent in western society is what you genuinely should fear as it's success spells your failure.
still sounds like fear-mongering
still sounds like fear-mongering
Which is what most religions do.
Therefore Religions = bad. :v:

And if those 1,570,000,000 Muslims do not act to continually spread the Muslim religion, overthrowing powerful societies via deceitful insurrection and other such things, then they are not true Muslims.
None of you get what I'm saying, nor will you ever until it becomes popular to believe so.

This isn't an argument against religion in general, Christianity has many sections etc. etc. I don't know why I'm even bothering explaining to you I doubt you'd take much in anyway. Take your uninformed psedo-atheism elsewhere.

Way to generalise idiot, the spreading of this religion is achieved via insurrection. It says that explicitly in the fucking Qu'ran. They tried it in Spain and it even says that in the video! If you don't get those words look them up in the fucking dictionary and if you do then surely you see that what was said in the video is completely correct!
I pity us all as we are lead by people like you. The mass uninformed. You won't see anything until it's laid out in front of you and, once it is, it'll be far too late.

Why only bash Muslims when most religions fall in the same fear mongering boat?

If you're not prepared to look at religion(s) in general, then why should we listen to your opinion.
You've taken your side and are doing the classic politician move where you reject anyone else's input.

Number two, he sounds like he knows fucking everything about America. Number three, it's not insensitive, it's not like they're going to say, BURN DOWN THE CAPITALIST PIGS, they just built it there to show not every Muslim is "evil" and to promot tolerance. Fourth, there is a person funding this project.

Later in the Qu'ran it states that any non-believer entering a Muslim city shall be escorted out the gates and then stoned to death.

Well have you ever seen that happen to a reporter?
I will settle for 3.
I respect the freedom they have to build the Mosque there, but I also think it was a foolish idea to build it there. As for respecting religion - I don't, I only tolerate it. (To a reasonable extent.)

No, but it disproves the guy I quoted's argument that the Qu'ran is a completely peaceful book.
The Qu'ran is a very violent book. Muhammed himself cuts out the tongue and hands of a woman in a village.
[editline]11:11PM[/editline]
Not to mention it was common practice to round up people of other faiths into segregated villages, and make them pay a high tax.

People kill people in the bible
Just because it was written by one person, it doesn't mean it's not open to interpretation.
And as I said, those verses relate to the Islamic afterlife, not their current world. It's the same as many religion's version of hell.
Did I not make it clear that the Quran is a direct set of instructions and that it is not intended for any form of interpretation that would deviate from its original context? Also I only gave a FEW examples of verses in the Quran, I'm sure you would find many more that tell people to hate/fear everyone who isn't a Muslim. The verses don't have to directly tell Muslims to commit crimes, just the hateful messages are enough to cause damage. According to the Quran, it is a sin for a Muslim to have any kind of association with a non-believer unless they are attempting to "make him see the light".
Also just out of curiosity, where are you guys getting information that Al Qaeda is made up of fewer than 10,000 people? If that number is true, we would have already killed them 10 times over already... (I'M OVER-EXAGGERATING)
In the Iraq war alone, It's been said that the number of Al Qaeda Casualties has reached at least 6000 people. Also that hugeass chart above failed to mention that Al Qaeda is not the only group of Muslim "extremists" in the world.

This, but not so for Christians who believe in the Bible.
I really like the Amazing Atheist, perhaps it's just me who's a socio-path for liking people who oppose eachother, but in the perspective of my good friend ScoutKing whom I'll never forget, my "opinion just got layed out on the ground and fucked" by the Amazing Atheist, despite him supporting my right to oppose or support whatever I may please because of the 1st amendment.
I can really respect other's opinion and take them to heart when they are expressed respectfully, but not in the way that some do here, with hatred.

Where the hell does it say the Quran isn't allowed to be interpretted. Who cares if they aren't being 'true muslims', It's basically the same thing with most christians not being 'true christians' I don't see any christians around my area converting everyone. :v:

[B]The bible is set in stone.
Only the pope and other leaders of the Church may read the bible.

No longer true because people chose it not to be. It's called cherry picking and it's simply what many Muslims have chosen to do as well, expect instead of forming a new church, they continue to be associated with all Muslims, good or bad.
Don't get me wrong, I rather have people cherry pick and make their own decisions, but then again, as soon as you cherry pick you're not following that religion anymore.
