Have a mildly intimidating list of everything (MCU related) that exists so far

Death to the hairdresser!
Both this and Guardians look absolutely stunning. Can't wait to see them on the big screen.
No, Spider-Man (1978).
Followed by Doctor Strange (1978), Captain America (1979), Captain America II: Death Too Soon (1979), The Incredible Hulk Returns (1988), The Punisher (1989), The Trial of The Incredible Hulk (1989), The Death of The Incredible Hulk (1990), Fantastic Four (1994), Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. (1998), Daredevil (2003), Man-Thing (2005), and Elektra (2005).
The only acceptable Marvel Cinematic Universe.
You forgot 90s Captain America and Punisher: War Zone.
guys i have never watched a single superhero movie and only recently gained interest in the genre. where the fuck should i start?
the fantastic four (any of them, they're all kino), Xmen apocalypse, xmen 3, Spiderman 3, xmen origins: wolverine, batman and robin, superman 4, green lantern, and Iron Man 2.
the fantastic four (any of them, they're all kino), Xmen apocalypse, xmen 3, Spiderman 3, xmen origins: wolverine, batman and robin, superman 4, green lantern, and Iron Man 2.
Leaving out Steel and Catwoman, for shame.
Leaving out Steel and Catwoman, for shame.
He also forgot Man of Slaughter, Boredman v Sadman: Dawn of Sequel Hooks and Kill Me Now Krew.
how dare you put iron man 2 on that list
I know right, he should have put Iron Man 3.
watch for sure:
iron man 1
avengers 1 (actually lost its charm over the years but eh)
captain america 2
guardians of the galaxy
captain america civil war
maybe watch:
ant-man
iron man 3
captain america 1
dr strange
ehhh:
thor 1 and 2
avengers 2
the one with the green guy
edit: don't believe these FOOLS, this is the one true list. i have seen the light
basically this
thor 1 and 2 are horrible. this trailer alone is already better than both of those movies combined.
i'd rate captain america 1 down there as well
guys i have never watched a single superhero movie and only recently gained interest in the genre. where the fuck should i start?
Watch them in release order. I'm surprised you haven't seen any since the MCU has been going on for 10 years almost
It was always super science/tech that just looked like magic.
Thor kind of explains how Bifröst works in the first movie.
The fact they were able to smash the fucking thing and then had to actually build it is a pretty big give away that it was just technology, advanced to the point it's basically magic, but technology none the less!
The first two Thor films weren't exactly bad, just really uninspiring and pretty dull to watch. There's nothing horribly offensive about their existence. They just don't really do anything. This really, really looks like a fun and genuinely interesting film to watch. I was kinda hoping that they'd start doing this after GotG did so well, and they need to bring the two groups together after all.

Thor 2 us actually pretty good if you cut out ALL of the comedy bits. Thor 1 has some really good parts too
if you cut out the (horrible) comedy bits then its just generic action schlock

Yeah but it's better then the no pants gag
I bet I would have liked that Hulk cameo a lot better if it wasn't spoiled for me by the trailer with no context, build up, or comedic timing. Fucking Hollywood.

He's a major character in the movie?
He's a major character in the movie?
I don't read comic books. I just watch the movies. Sorry if that's a crime.
And space belongs to classic rock and far more colorful themes.
I am soo ok with that.
It takes time for our radio waves to travel across space, so that makes sense. They probably just got 80s rock and roll, much like the Middle East.

That's not an excuse.

Sorry that I don't have the free time to get caught all up on your favorite thing. And it actually is. If he's a major character in the story, then it shouldn't be a surprise to people who follow the comic books when he shows up. But for the people who don't religiously keep up with Marvel stories, it kind of ruins the magic of what could have been a pleasant surprise. All I'm saying is that scene could have been delivered a lot better if kept in the dark before release. Get off my dick now please.

Dude you gotta chill. I've seen most of the marvel movies and not read a single comic from marvel, yet whenever the new Thor is brought up, you hear about how hulk is going to be in it. Don't blame hollywood for a detail that was already explored by the media before then.
Get off your dick, really dude?

Oh my God you're right dude! Like how come the poster that advertises the movie has the Hulk on it? What a spoiler!
I'm in love with Hela. She looks like she could be the best and most memorable MCU villain. She's probably going to die just like every other did but I hope she shines through during her brief appearance

obviously it's impossible to miss that Hulk was gonna be in this and i'm amazed that this trailer was the thing that spoiled it, but you guys gotta admit he's right. Imagine if they kept Hulk a total secret how fucking hype that shit would be in theaters when he busts out of that gladiator door

Jesus fuck, dude.
First off, this movie is based off a number of stories, Hulks inclusion being Planet Hulk, theres no singular story you're expected to read to get why he's teaming up with Thor. (He's teaming up with Thor because of Universal owning the distribution rights to Hulk so a solo movie would need to have the revenue split with them, so they're putting him in another movie to adapt Planet Hulk and also get that sweet Hulk money, storywise being justified by their previous interactions in the Avengers movies and Thors space bullshit.)
Second, you automatically start flinging shit because you assume Hulk is only making a cameo. Plus, Hulks been all over promotional stuff for the movie already, there were announcements, CG renders of his gladatorial equipment, and concept art shown off, it'd be way too late to keep it a secret.

Like you go "man fuck Hollywood spoiling a cameo".
I go "He's not a cameo".
Then you go "Man fuck your nerd shit comic books" because ???
That's not what I'm saying. This conversation is getting blown out of proportion. I'm sorry if I offended you, and yes I shouldn't have blown up like that. I just don't like how Hollywood has a habit of spoiling big bits of the movie in trailers.

But how is it a spoiler.

Like when the movie was announced, it was pretty much summed up as a Thor and Hulk buddy romp.
unless you've been actively trying to avoid any and all marketing (and if so, why are you watching a trailer?), it's been known since around the announcement of the movie that it'd be a semi-adaptation of planet hulk.
I'm interested.
