On her latest webcam videos, you can see that her computer is in a plain, white room with a lightswitch.

She posts, on average, slightly more than one video per hour.

She has missing teeth, to the point of only really being able to see her two front teeth, for the most part.

I could go into more detail, but I think that's enough points to draw some tentative conclusions. I will not be using all of the information; I listed more so it's all in one place for people to speculate about.

So, I'll start with some basic things and build off of that.

To start with, she knows Russian, makes posts in Russian and makes mention of Chechen people and the Kremlin. From this, we can assume that she lives somewhere in East Europe, presumably in the Russia/Ukraine area. If someone could identify her accent, that might be useful, though I've known people who will speak in an accent they weren't born with, especially when they get flustered or upset.

To go further, she talks about repression, regimes, and isolation. From this, the initial response would be that she is perhaps being held captive, possibly for political reasons. The volume of her videos is a testament to the amount of free time she has.

She mentions in her blog that she isn't allowed to see her husband. She claims the reason to be that he's being held by an evil regime. Her voice's scratchiness could be from vocal nodules, which are produced when you scream or yell too much, and you blister your vocal folds. It can also be produced from other forms of damage to the throat. Vocal nodules and a missing husband are signs that something horrible did, in fact happen, at least in her mind. I'm willing to bet that it happened in reality, as well.

She constantly has a theme of conspiracy, fear and distrust of authority. This would be natural in a captive situation or when you perceive authority figures as doing some great wrong, such as allowing men to die when they don't have to.

She is allowed outside on occasion, from what I've seen. Her videos in a wooded area show her doing a kind of dance or exercise routine. There is also a man in a suit in the background doing something similar. These could be scheduled exercises in a nearby, private place.

Finally, I get to one of the major points in my idea. "Quake vision." That sounds so strange, prophetic even. At first glance, I assumed it was the ravings of an unhealthy individual claiming some kind of paranormal power. On further analysis, it seems like a description, not of a superpower, but of a "vision," or something she saw, with shaking, destruction and other things associated with an earthquake (or event that seems like an earthquake).

Quake vision. Missing teeth. Being held captive. Missing Husband. Russian. These are all interesting things, but what do they mean?

People have a tendency to lose touch with reality after a horrible event. Sometimes they get better, sometimes they don't, and sometimes the treatment makes it worse, especially if paranoia is involved.

The missing teeth could be poor dental hygiene or getting her teeth knocked out by her captors. Or they could be related to the scratchy throat.

Vocal nodules are caused by the vocal folds blistering and bleeding and going untreated. They cause a raspy, scratchy voice. They can be caused by singing, screaming or yelling, as I said before. They can also be caused by external forces doing damage to the throat, such as a collapsed larynx, a sandstorm, fire or radiation.

A missing husband taken by a regime sounds clandestine and horrible, but the context of paranoia change things. Sometimes, when someone dies and you're not around to see them go, or to see them at a funeral, you start thinking "Hey, what if they're not dead?" Closed-casket funerals are done for people in an accident that left them far too grisly to look at directly. If they are part of a mass death, the funeral could be even more impersonal with rows of caskets, or even nonexistent, with it being too costly to have so many coffins. If you die in a fire hot enough to cremate you, that increases the odds.

What if she lived in Prypiat, near Chernobyl, at the time of the meltdown?

Consider this:

Your husband works at the power plant. You live near the plant, to save money on transportation. The year is 1986. Assuming you're now, say, 50, that would make you 25 in 1986, which is acceptable for being married.

The plant melts down. The explosion and fire kill your husband instantly, leaving him so many bones and ashes. You're close enough to the plant to see the explosion, to feel the shaking of the ground as the building crumbles. You scream. A lot. Considering you just saw a nuclear explosion, I'm willing to bet that screaming is a natural response. Radiation permeates your neighborhood. Your teeth fall out, as does your hair. You might become delirious from the radiation poisoning, assuming you haven't died already. The government responds as soon as possible, which is a day later. A day of isolation and fear. Soon, men in uniforms arrive, telling you to leave your home, and take as little as possible.

You've had a day to think about things. You saw an explosion from inside the plant. Assistance wasn't immediate, and the explosion wasn't even reported on over the radio until 2 days later. Considering everything about 9/11, I'd say it's safe to assume that some people thought "What if this was an inside job?"

You begin fearing these officials. What if they're in on it? Your husband is nowhere to be seen. You didn't even hear if he was alive or not. What if they took him?

You resist the urges to evacuate. Finally, they force you out and into a hospital. You have no cosmetics, you don't go outside, they decide what you eat, and they force you to stay. You're in quarantine.

After your stay at the hospital, you've been yelling and screaming so much that they figure you've lost your mind. You're institutionalized and, with a lack of the money you had to leave behind, you don't go to a fancy place. It's basically the same as the hospital, only with more permanence. Now, the makeup isn't so much a medical concern as the things people can do with it to hurt themselves, so it's still not allowed. Maybe your eyelids burned a little bit, or maybe they're just kind, but you're somehow allowed to apply eyeshadow and mascara. Maybe they don't let you wash your hair, or maybe it's more of a sponge-bath, which could seem like they don't let you was your hair, since you're not washing it yourself.

Maybe the neighbors are care-takers, and are making sure you don't get hurt. Maybe the exercising is a programmed wellness program that everyone in the institution does, in a scenic woodland area for "serenity."
