In fact, if you buy a firearm over the counter, the sellers are legally obliged to perform a background search. If you're not banning guns, but you're banning them from being sold at law-abiding firearm stores, you're basically encouraging people to sell handguns while bypassing the proper background checks. I'm really finding it hard to understand the things you say, and I have rather proficient reading comprehension skills. I'm not sure what laws you're referring to, but gun control has a negative effect on school shootings. Most civilian massacres happen in gun-free zones, such as schools, because shooters expect little to no resistance. When a psychopath is mowing down a bunch of innocents, the last thing he wants is to get shot back at. I hope you're able to see why I had some difficulty deciphering your post.

If I was that guy (blindly mad over something, not using logic to think of a way to get point across) I would've just shot one blank at the floor and ran off screaming with the rest of the crowd. I don't think when people do stuff like this anybody actually thinks he has a political point to get across, they just think he's just a crazy motherfucker.
