I bet that the major people and such were setup. The restauraunt guy with the penguin? He probably knew. Pageant judges? I hope. Wedding scene? Who wouldn't agree to letting that happen? The bride and groom probably knew, because it would be hilarious to have that happen at your wedding and then see family and friends in a movie
"real reactions" I find that really hard to believe
I do believe that maybe, for some stuff, there's real reactions in there, but for example, I doubt they wouldn't tell ANYONE about what they're doing before they do stuff that can get the cops called on them
Can they do more Jackass without Ryan Dunn? This looks great regardless.
That little girl stripper is going to be controversial as fuck.

Could somebody make a endless loop of him throwing the money?
What an amazing coincidence! just today i was thinking about jackass and wether there's ever going to be anything new coming out!
Some of these reactions looked impossible to fake.
yeah, I'm not sure about all of the reactions being real, but some of them really do look genuine.
Well if the bit where he knocks over a coffin and the person falls out is real there would be hell to pay so there must be a whole bunch of faked bits.
Count me in. Lost it when he made it rain with the dollar bills
Well the body in the coffin might be fake, but the people/reactions probably aren't. There's a lot of people that will go to funerals of just random strangers if they're posted in the local obituaries.
That little girl stripper is going to be controversial as fuck.
isnt that the boy dressed as a girl?
I'm assuming that they'll be set pieces which both of them know about, the rest is filming reactions and they would've done things like pay the wedding hosts prior to it for the damages etc and filmed the reactions there and so on.
if you think johnny knoxville and spike jonze (who is helping direct and produce the film) are going to bore you out of the theater with lame ass shit they did in Jackass 1 or 2, think again. these are the masters of their craft
i just want to know the way they got the permission to film this stuff. I'm just trying to imagine stuff like the store with the broken window and the part with the broken mascot. all I can imagine is that after they leave or before they call the cops the producers rush in and say "hhahaha you're gonna be in a movie" and then throw money at them

[editline]2nd August 2013[/editline] I mean, I'm sure they would out of courtesy but they're not required to or anything afaik.
Could somebody make a endless loop of him throwing the money?
Good enough? V2
This thread is 50% people who love Jackass skits and 50% who think it's garbage.
more like 100% people who love Jackass, me being one of them
Unavailable in my country.
Works for me!
Do they need permission to show their faces? [editline]2nd August 2013[/editline] I mean, I'm sure they would out of courtesy but they're not required to or anything afaik.
it's required in a commercial work, since you are "profiting" off of someone's likeness. Oftentimes people will use "trick" waivers, making the person think the footage will be used for something else, or that they are being filmed for other reasons.
if you watch something like this and take it seriously you're an idiot. that's not the purpose of the movie at all. it's about sitting back, chilling and having a good time.
At first I thought it would be annoying having the kid around for the whole movie. But then the beauty pageant scene came up and I almost woke up the entire house from laughing. This is going to be amazing.
There's a gif make on the Jackass site, might as well make the gif then
