Well at least he opens his mouth and voices his opinion instead of taking it. Too bad the opinion is stupid in this case and the question "Why are you closed" can be answered with a single sentence. "Because they can." Its their thing, they can close it. People always like to remind you of their imaginary rights when they could use it.
