Most furries "assume" they developed an interest when watching Sonic the Hedgehog, Digimon, Pokemon etc. Never heard of "being born" with it. I got into it because I thought some pictures looked cool, and I tried drawing myself and found it to be a daily entertainment. I'm never going to pay hundreds of bucks for a dumb suit anyways.
