They obviously drink a lot. I'm sure most of these recipes are concocted during huge benders.
They must work out a lot and have an extremely healthy diet outside of these videos in order to do them.

What's funny is that all the people they have eating their concoctions appear to be quite healthy. I guess with an active enough lifestyle one can each just about anything.
